With all the snow and ice and freezing weather, the llamas are waiting for me to come and give them their sweet treats.

A bunch of us headed to Wolf Creek Ski area yesterday. Let’s see. The ski area got 99 inches of snow in the last 7 days and the tickets were basically half price. Hmmm OK lets go Ski. Amazing conditions.. Who went– Dave, Sue, Laurie, Eric, Chester, Mirabel, Jeff, Katie and Mark I think that was everyone. If I missed you then email me and I’ll add you to the list…  I missed one… Sorry Mac.  He went skiing too.

Great Skiing.

Last night we brought 2 of the kids in to Durango to see Mirabel perform in a dance performance at Fort Lewis College. It was pretty cool. The particular piece that she was in was choreographed by another resident here, Anne. We had a great time and enjoyed all of the pieces.

Here is a link to the particular event.

Well here it is… The new Heartwood Cohousing Blog. Today is Saturday and I just spent the last hour or so building the image header for the top of the blog. It is gray and snowing out today. But it is not quiet…Right now there are 2 neighborhood kids in my basement playing with my daughter and several were out building snow forts and sledding earlier. Somewhere there was a Sweat Lodge going and then a group worked a puzzle in the common house.

Welcome to Heartwood cohousing.
